Here at Otimos Outdoor Gear we stand behind the quality and durability of our x-lite backpacking tents. Each tent is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering all components against defects in materials or workmanship.

What is covered:

• Manufacturing defects

• Faulty materials or components

• Workmanship errors that affect functionality

What is not covered:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper care

• Accidental damage caused by the customer

• Modifications or alterations to the product

If a defect covered under this warranty is found within the 2-year period, we will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion. The customer is responsible for returning the faulty item to us for inspection. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
